Imagination comes to life - Aleem’s wedding gowns collection, Dancing in the Sunlight, evokes celebration and happiness for your wedding day.
Created in the midst of ongoing lockdowns and COVID-19 closures, Aleem threw himself into his passion, designing and crafting this brand new collection. As we navigate the challenges of life, especially in this climate, it’s important to encapsulate and bring on the feelings of dancing in the sunlight!
Aleem explores cuts and drapes of a range of beautiful and exquisite fabrics that sparkle playfully as if you truly are basking in the sunshine. The collection incorporates his intricate skills, including:
- Layers of hand-cut organza and crystal tulle
- Delicate beading & embroidery
- Hand-cut lace applique
- Flowing chiffon and georgette
- Structured dupion and gazar
- Figure-hugging crepe and modern flexible corsetry

Our photo and video shoots of the Dancing in the Sunlight collection were emotional ones. Managed between the many lockdowns across Victoria, the creative team came together and arranged a magical shoot for all involved.
